Rebates

Seed Therapy & Learning is registered with all major private health funds and an approved service provider for Medicare and NDIS. A doctor’s referral is not necessary to see one of our therapists, however, you may be able to claim rebates through:

Private Health Fund

We are registered with all major health funds and also have HICAPS available for on the spot claims. We recommend you contact your health fund directly to determine possible rebates available for speech pathology.

Medicare Rebates

Our clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates, under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM Plan). Generally this rebate is for children and adults with a chronic condition and complex care needs. A General Practitioner referral is required for these rebates. There are also Medicare rebates available for Children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or Pervasive Developmental Disorder. This program is initiated by your child’s Pediatrician, please speak to them directly for more information or visit www.health.gov.au/autism.

National Disability Insurance

Scheme

The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding for supports and services including therapy for children and adults under the age of 65 who have a disability. To find out if you or your child may be eligible please visit:
